Meet Your TrainersTim Hendren, CSCSTim graduated from Hammond High School in Howard County where he was a 4 year, 3 sport athlete. He was captain of the Hammond baseball team for 2 years, and earned All-County honors twice. He then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at Salisbury University. He graduated with his BS in Exercise Science in 2003 and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Before joining the team at LifeBridge Health and Fitness, Tim held an internship with the National Hockey League’s Washington Capitals. He also worked in Columbia, MD as part of an athlete training program. He trained high school athletes from sports including, but not limited to, lacrosse, baseball, soccer, and football. He instructed the athletes in agility, speed, conditioning, correct running form, and plyometrics. As well as being a Sports Performance Coach at LifeBridge Health and Fitness, Tim is also the Assistant Strength Coach for the local professional soccer team, the Crystal Palace Baltimore Football Club and the Assistant Manager for the LifeBridge Health and Fitness Wellness Program. In his free time, Tim enjoys recreational sports including softball and rock climbing. He is currently honing his climbing skills indoors with the goal of outdoor climbing soon. |
